Terms of Use

These terms shall govern your use of this website www.saltnlightglobal.com, as well as the services provided by Salt n Light Communications (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).  Using this Website and/or purchasing the Services specified on this Website are equivalent to your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

 Services and Prices

1. The prices published on this website are a general indication of our rates to give you an idea of how much your investment might be.  No two projects are alike thereofre each will be quoted individually.
2. Upon acceptance of quotation, a 50% deposit payment is to be made by Client and work shall commence upon receipt of the said deposit as well as the signed quotation as an indication of acceptance.
3. Standard duration for the completion and delivery of the work stated herewith may range from 2 to 30 working days (depending on the size of work, client responsiveness and the current workload of Salt n Light Communications) upon receipt of the 50% deposit payment, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion of work.
4. When our prices are quoted according to the number of pages, one page is taken to be equivalent to an A4-sized page with size-12 Times New Roman fonts with 1.5 line spacing.
5. A surcharge of up to 50% on top of the price quoted above will apply for work requiring urgent completion, depending on the level of urgency and subject to the agreement between the Client and Salt n Light Communications.
6. Salt n Light Communications reserves the right to postpone the final delivery date in the event of a slow response from Client, or any other reasonable unforeseen circumstances.
7. Completed work shall be delivered to Client via email in MS Word Format, unless otherwise stated or requested and agreed upon between the Client and Salt n Light Communications.
8. The price quoted above covers up to 2 amendments of the final completed work within 10 working days after it is delivered to Client.
9. By purchasing our service and using this Website, the Client agrees to indemnify Salt n Light Communications and its employees and agents from and against all losses, liabilities, damages and claims that arise from the use of the Website and the use of the copywriting and translation, as well as the public speaking coaching, depending on the service/s purchased by Client.
10. Salt n Light Communications reserves the right to reference/showcase the work done for our Clients in our Portfolio unless otherwise stated in a separate Confidentiality agreement between us and the Client.  However, we will ensure that the works showcased comprise only those that are intended by our Clients for public consumption i.e. public websites, newsletters, article write-ups, non-confidential presentation slides.

Article Reprints from the ‘Categories’ section

You may reprint or republish the articles contained in the ‘Categories’ section of this Website as long as no changes are made to the contents, and a byline and a link to our Website is included.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Trademark/s contained in this Website, registered or otherwise, are not to be used by you without any prior written consent from us.
