Salt n Light Communications resulted from one person’s love for writing and the passion to help people put into words the things they wish to communicate.

The Biblically-inspired name alludes to the call of Jesus to His followers to be the ‘salt of the earth’ and the ‘light of the world’ by evangelising His gospel.  Here, we seek to be your salt and light, evangelising your message via our copywriting, translation and public speaking coaching services.

Our founder and chief copywriter, Alexis, is a stubborn idealist for whom life is too short to be wasted on work.  Thankfully, as a full-time copywriter, she finds that life resembles a holiday more – because she is one copywriter who loves her job!

Alexis was a freelance Malay translator and copywriter for the 5 years during which she also built a career in English and soft-skills training, sales and part-time modelling (which is really just sales with a dash of glamour.)

Today, those experiences complement her language skills, resulting in a potent ability to use the right words, the right way, for the right purposes.
